When I first became a client at Intriguing Hair, I received traditional installations and crochet styles. Nikki did a great job with the installations and went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied. Last year I had a lupus flare which resulted in hair loss. I had a scheduled appointment for a closure installation. I called Nikia and explained my situation to her. She was very sympathetic and understanding. I had already paid for the closure installation and hair so I was concerned about what I was going to do since an installation wasn’t the best option. Nikia really cared about the health of my hair and came up with a great solution - WIGS. I had never worn wigs before so I was nervous. I came in and Nikia took my head measurements. I was concerned about a wig slipping off my head or the wind blowing it off, but the wig fit perfectly. I fell in love with my wig. Since then, I have had several more wigs made by Intriguing Hair. The wigs look so natural that some people can’t even tell it’s not my real hair. Nikia really helped me explore my comfort zone with wigs. I even tried custom colors, which I fell in love with. Yes, I am upset about my hair loss sometimes, but Intriguing Hair made me feel confident again.

Excellent. I came all the way from the west coast for an event in Cambridge and had very little time to have a wig made. Nikia and Niki were able to make a custom wig in the same day for me, I came in the morning at 10 am and was able to pick it up by 3pm! I had never worn wigs before and was so nervous about trying something new, but they were so experienced, so skilled and professional I am so glad I found Intriguing Hair. I kept saying all weekend at my event that the real innovation is not happening at Harvard or MIT but in Hyde Park at Intriguing Hair. And I mean it. These ladies are professionals! Will be ordering another wig for the summer!
