Returns, Exchanges & Satisfaction Guarantee

Intriguing Hair upholds strict hygiene and quality control standards. Due to the intimate nature of our products, all returns and exchanges must comply with sanitation requirements to protect the safety of every client.

7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Requests for returns or exchanges must be submitted within 7 days from the date of delivery. This inspection period allows clients to review their purchase while maintaining hygiene compliance.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

To qualify, all items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused, unworn, and uninstalled
  • Uncut, uncolored, unwashed, and unaltered
  • Original tags, hygiene seals, and packaging fully intact
  • Free of odors, makeup, styling products, or residue
  • Returned in original, resellable condition
Hygiene Notice: Once hygiene seals are broken, the item is final sale and is not eligible for return or exchange.

Final Sale Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Worn, installed, cut, washed, colored, or altered products
  • Custom-colored, custom-made, or modified wigs, bundles, and hair pieces
  • Clearance, promotional, and discounted merchandise
  • Digital products and gift cards
  • Medical cranial prosthesis units once opened or fitted

Exchanges (One Per Order)

One exchange is permitted per order for eligible items. Exchanges may be requested for:

  • Length
  • Texture
  • Cap size
  • Style

If the replacement item exceeds the original purchase value, the price difference must be paid prior to shipment. If the replacement item is of lesser value, the balance will be issued as store credit.

Restocking & Processing Fee

A $35 restocking and sanitation fee applies to all approved returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Authorization Process

  1. Email info@intriguinghair.com with your order number
  2. Receive return authorization and instructions
  3. Ship the item within 3 business days of approval
  4. Inspection occurs within 3–5 business days of receipt
  5. Approved refunds or exchanges are processed accordingly

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographic documentation. Approved claims will be replaced at no additional cost.

Medical / Cranial Prosthesis Units

Due to hygiene compliance standards, medical wigs must remain sealed to be eligible for return. Once opened, tried on, or fitted, these units are final sale.

Fraud Prevention & Policy Enforcement

Intriguing Hair reserves the right to deny any return or exchange that shows evidence of wear, alteration, misuse, or otherwise violates the terms of this policy.

This policy is in place to ensure fairness, safety, and the highest quality standards for all clients.
