By using our site, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms of use.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use our Services. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please review the following terms carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use this site or it’s services.

 

QUALITY:

We deal with 100% virgin human hair. We do not deal with synthetic hair of any kind. Any complaints of using synthetic hair shall not be entertained. All our hair products go through rigorous quality control (qc) procedures so the possibility of nits or lice is very rare. We take every precaution to individually inspect each piece of hair before packing.

PAYMENTS:

You represent and warrant that if you are purchasing something from us or from Merchants that (i) any credit information you supply is true and complete, (ii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company or bank, and (iii) you will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including any applicable taxes.


SHIPPING:

If we ship through US Mail, we are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays and weekends do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. We shall not be held responsible for distributors’ duties, taxes and other levies governing the local administrations, you are in business for yourself.

 

RETURN POLICY:

All sales are final however exchanges are accepted. You may request a return or exchange for eligible items within 7 days from the date of delivery. All exchanges must be pre-authorized by Intriguing Hair. To qualify, items must be returned in original, perfect factory condition: unused, unworn, and uninstalled, with all original tags, hygiene seals, and packaging intact. Items must not be brushed, combed, picked, cut, washed, colored, removed from the weft, or altered in any way. Products showing signs of wear, alteration, damage, odors, residue, or tampering with tags or packaging will be deemed ineligible. Due to strict hygiene compliance standards for human hair products, items that have been used or tried on are not eligible for return or exchange. Approved exchange items must be shipped back within 3 business days of receiving return instructions. Once received, all items undergo inspection and the exchange process may take up to 7 business days to complete. Exchanges may be made for a different length, texture, cap size, or style. If the replacement item is of higher value, the customer must pay the difference prior to shipment. If the replacement item is of lower value, the difference will be issued as store credit. Exchange shipments will be sent using the method selected on the original order unless otherwise specified.

What is your exchange policy?


EXCHANGE POLICY


Clients have 3 days from the day item is received to exchange for another item. Product must be unused or altered in any way. Client will be required to pay a $35 restocking fee.

What is your in store pick-up policy?

What is your Wholesale Ordering Policy?


WHOLESALE ORDERS

Require additional time for shipping. Orders are usually processed in 7 days. All online wholesale orders require a valid form of I.d on file. Please send to info@intriguinghair.com Exchanges and returns are not allowed on wholesale orders.
